Hello and welcome! My name is James and I’m a motivation and mindset coach. I help people who want to boost their self-confidence, change or start their careers, and cope with chronic illnesses. I can support you in overcoming the obstacles and challenges that life throws at you and achieving your personal and professional goals.
I have multiple sclerosis myself, so I understand and can empathise with the struggles you may be going through. But I also believe that you have the strength and potential to create a life that is meaningful and joyful. You don’t need me to tell you what to do, because you already have the wisdom and courage inside you. You just need some guidance, encouragement, and inspiration. And that’s what I’m here to provide.
My coaching approach is based on compassion, empathy and, importantly, evidence-based techniques that will help you to develop a positive mindset, cope with stress, improve your health habits and build your confidence. This service is for you if you want to change or start your career, or if you want to improve your performance and satisfaction in your current job. You will explore your strengths, interests and values, and identify the best career options for you. Some of the evidence-based strategies that could be used in this service are strength-based coaching, which helps you to leverage your unique talents and abilities, and solution-focused coaching, which helps you to find practical and realistic solutions to your career challenges.
Chronic illness and well-being coaching
I will support you as you navigate the physical and emotional challenges of living with a chronic condition. Some of the evidence-based strategies that I may use are cognitive behavioral coaching, which helps you to change negative thoughts and behaviors that affect your health, and positive psychology coaching, which helps you to enhance your well-being and resilience by focusing on positive emotions, strengths and virtues.
